    Carl is our modern indoor espresso cart designed for seamless service at schools, corporate events, offices, meetings, and private gatherings. Compact and efficient, he provides full espresso service, blended drinks, and Moon Hollow favorites without requiring an outdoor setup.

    Blender Package — $350/hour

    Full drink menu:

    Everything from the Blender Package except blended lattes and smoothies.

    Betsey is our fully outfitted vintage coffee bus, designed to bring a high-quality mobile café experience to your event. With full espresso capability, blended beverages, and Moon Hollow drinks, Betsey provides efficient service, a memorable atmosphere, and a beautiful visual presence for any gathering.

    Eugene is our charming Roll-O-Vend drink bar — perfect for graduations, birthday parties, offices, schools, open houses, markets, weddings, and family gatherings. Choose from hourly service packages designed for smooth, efficient drink service.

    Lemonade Bar

    Price: $300/hour
    Drinks Served Per Hour: 100 lemonades
    Includes: Classic lemonade, available flavors, cups, ice, and staffed service.

    Foxy Fizzes

    Price: $500/hour
    Drinks Served Per Hour: 100 fizzes
    Includes: Base soda, flavored syrups, optional cream.

    Hot Coffee & Cocoa Bar

    Price: $350/hour
    Drinks Served Per Hour: 100 hot drinks
    Includes: Hot cocoa, fresh brewed coffee, cups/lids, and staffed service.

    Cold Brew Bar

    Price: $400/hour
    Drinks Served Per Hour: 100 cold brew drinks
    Includes: Cold brew, ice, cream/sweeteners, and cups.

    Bottled Latte Station

    Price: $7 per bottle (no hourly charge) minimum 50 bottles.
    Bottles Available Per Hour: Unlimited — stocked ahead of time
    Includes: Pre-bottled lattes, display setup, and ice tub if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many drinks can you serve?

We serve up to 50 drinks per hour with both Carl and Betsey, and up to 100 drinks per hour with Eugene. If your event requires higher volume, an additional barista can be added to double the output and keep service moving smoothly.

Do milk alternatives cost extra?

No — oat, almond, and coconut milk are always included in your package.

Do you travel?

Yes! Pricing applies within a 30-mile radius of Omaha.
For events farther away, a small travel fee may apply.

Can we add pastries or food?

Yes — pastry platters and breakfast burrito trays can be added to any booking.
Ask for pricing and availability.

Do you need electricity?

For Carl: Yes, one standard outlet.
For Betsey and Eugene: No, they are fully self-sufficient.

Is Betsey available year-round?

Betsey is seasonal and operates during warmer months.
She hibernates in winter. Carl and Eugene are fully operational year-round, making them perfect for events in any season.

What is your deposit policy?

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

How far in advance should we book?

Most clients book 2–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
