With full espresso capability, blended beverages, and Moon Hollow drinks, Betsey provides efficient service, a memorable atmosphere, and a beautiful visual presence for any gathering.

  • We serve up to 50 drinks per hour. If your event requires higher volume, an additional barista can be added to double the output and keep service moving smoothly.

  • No — oat and almond are always included in your package.

  • Yes! Pricing applies within a 30-mile radius of Omaha.
    For events farther away, a small travel fee may apply.

  • Yes — pastry platters and breakfast burrito trays can be added to any booking.
    Ask for pricing and availability.

  • For Carl: Yes, one standard outlet.
    For Betsey and Eugene: No, they are fully self-sufficient.

  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date.
    The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
