Can we bring in food or catering?

Yes! You may bring in outside food, desserts, or catering. We simply ask that all food stays on tables or counters (no wall attachments).

Can guests order from the counter?

Yes. Guests may order and pay individually, or you may set up an open tab. You can also set a spending limit for the tab if you like.

Is alcohol allowed?

You may bring your own beer or wine if you wish. No hard liquor is permitted.

How many guests can the space hold?

  • Private Event Room: up to 20 guests

  • Full Building Rental: up to 87 guests

How early can we arrive for setup?

You may arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time.
Additional setup time can be booked as an add-on.

Do we need to clean up?

We ask that you leave the space tidy—trash in bins, decorations removed, and food items cleaned up. We take care of floors and deeper cleaning.

What is the deposit?

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.

When is the remaining balance due?

The balance is due the day of the event.

Do you offer coffee catering during the event?

Yes! You can add any of our barista packages or coffee-to-go options during booking.

Is the TV available?

Yes, you can add the TV Display option to your rental.

Can we decorate the room?

Tabletop décor is welcome.
Please do not attach anything to the walls.

Can we reschedule or cancel?

  • Reschedule: up to 48 hours before

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable
