Thank you for your interest in hosting a workshop/class at Moon Hollow Coffee.

We are excited to partner with local instructors, artists, makers, wellness professionals, and educators to offer engaging experiences for our community. Our goal is to provide a beautiful welcoming space while allowing instructors the flexibility to run and grow their own business.

To help us determine if your class is a good fit for Moon Hollow, please complete the attached questionnaire. Your responses will help to understand your class, space requirements, expected attendance, and scheduling needs.

Workshop Rental Rates (after hours)

• Up to 2 hours: $150

• Up to 3 hours: $200

• Up to 4 hours: $250

Workshop Rental Rates (during hours and limited space to 10 people)

• Up to 2 hours: $75

• Up to 3 hours: $100

• Up to 4 hours: $125

Beverage Partnership Program

Instuctors may choose to include a $10 Moon Hollow Beverage Package with each participants ticket. Each participant receives a beverage of their choice (up to the package value), and the total value of the beverage packages purchased will be applied as a credit towards the workshop rental fee. This allows instructors to offset their rental cost while providing an added value to their guests. Beverage credits may be applied up to the total cost of the workshop rental and have no cash value beyond the rental amount.

Reserved time includes setup, instruction, and cleanup.

Your rental includes:

• Private use of our event space during your reserved time.

• Tables and chairs.

• On-site staff during your event.

• Restroom access.

• A welcoming coffee shop atmosphere for your guests.

Instructor Responsibilities:

• Planning and teaching the class.

• Providing all supplies and materials.

• Setting the ticker price.

• Managing registration and participant payments.

• Marketing and promoting the event.

This partnership model allows you to maintain control over your class while providing predictable costs and the flexibility to price your workshop in a way that works best for your business.
